ORDER CANCELLATION
After placing the order, we provide a 2-hours window to cancel the order Free of charge. Please contact us by one of the contact options from Contact us page.
MISSING ITEMS
Items must be checked on arrival as soon as they are received. If any items are missing, they must be reported that within 2 working days (Mon-Fri) after they have been delivered. You can report missing items by one of the contact options from Contact us page.
RETURNS
We accept returns of items that are:
- In poor quality (misprinted labels, missing labels, wrong properties, etc);
- Not genuine;
- Have been damaged in transit;
- Don’t meet the safety standards;
- For other reasons outlined in The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 that are relevant to the product.
We do not accept returns of items that are:
- In good quality;
- Failed to sell;
- Have been tampered with or opened;
- Are not in original shape or some parts are missing;
- Without original packaging;
- Not in the list of accepted reasons (see above).
It’s clients responsibility to pack and ship the item and cover the initial return cost. Return cost will be refunded if the returned items qualify as outlined in the accepted reasons list. Please note that the shipping cost must be agreed with Vaporia.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We shall not accept used products or those sent in an unsuitable condition.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the receipt of the RMA (return merchandise authorization).
RETURN PROCESS

- Within 24 hours we will send you an email with the return information;
- Securely wrap and ship the package to Vaporia address, which you can find below.
Please ship all returns to Vaporia within fourteen (14) days of receiving the RMA number.

We shall not accept returns sent poorly packaged or in an unsuitable condition.
When returning items you are recommended to keep proof of posting. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. We will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (7) working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed on our end.
