Delivery Policy

VAPORIA, doing business as Vaporia (“Vaporia”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. Agreement

By placing an order with us from outside the United Kingdom, you agree that you are acting as the importer of record for the goods in your country.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order are legal and compliant with your local laws and regulations.

We do not take responsibility for any goods seized, delayed, or rejected by foreign customs authorities. No refunds or replacements will be issued in such cases.

Parcels that are confiscated or destroyed by customs are not eligible for refunds.

If you are unsure about local rules regarding vape products, please contact your local customs office before ordering.

All international shipments are fully compliant with UK export laws, and we retain proof of shipment for all orders.

Tracking

For UK deliveries, a tracking number may be provided by email once your order has been dispatched. Where applicable, our courier partners may also send SMS or email updates with estimated delivery windows.

For international orders, please note that we use a specialist shipping forwarder to handle consolidated cross-border deliveries. As a result, we do not have direct access to individual tracking numbers for parcels once they leave our UK dispatch point.

While most international deliveries are completed smoothly, we are unfortunately unable to provide tracking IDs for these shipments.

Shipping & Delivery Times

We ship orders Monday to Thursday.

  • Processing time: 1–2 days
  • Delivery time: Up to 10 calendar days after dispatch

⚠️ Please allow 10 full calendar days from the dispatch date before contacting us about delivery.

Once your order is packed and handed to our courier, your order status will change to “Completed”. This means your parcel is now on its way.

Example:

  • Order placed: Monday, January 6
  • Dispatched: Tuesday, January 7 or Wednesday, January 8
  • Delivery expected: Between January 17 and January 18

We appreciate your patience. Early delivery emails won’t speed things up — but we’re here if anything goes beyond that window.

Export Orders / International Deliveries

We can arrange bespoke delivery solutions for you on very little notice.

Please ensure all contact details are correct when processing your order. A member of our Customer Services team might contact you regarding your order.

We act as exporters. Importer is responsible for making sure that goods purchased on our platform can be imported to the country of destination. We, as exporters that no responsibility for any import or legal problems.

Processing & Delivery Times

We process and ship your order with care. After placing your order, please allow 1–2 working days for processing, followed by 8–10 working days for delivery.

Once processing is complete, your order status will change to “Completed” and you’ll receive the tracking number. After completing your order, please allow us 8-10 to ship it.

Example:

  • If you place an order on Monday, May 5, your order will be processed by Tuesday, May 6 or Wednesday, May 7.
  • Your delivery can be expected between Monday, May 19 and Wednesday, May 21 (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Please note:

  • Working days are Monday through Friday.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • Weekends and public holidays are not included in delivery estimates.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm.

We aim to send out all orders within 24-48 hours of orders being placed and paid.

We always aim to keep our stock systems up to date however on some rare occurrences some items may be out of stock. A member of Customer Services will get in touch if there are any issue with your order. If you need to check the availability of items please email [email protected] or make a note in the notes section when processing your order.

If your order is urgent, please email [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate delivery requirements. Specific delivery times and weekend deliveries are available however we cannot guarantee these services. 

Order Tracking 

A tracking number and web link to the tracking website will automatically be emailed to you on dispatch of your order. Our courier will provide you with a one hour delivery window on the day of your delivery so you can carry on with other parts of your day as normal.

Please ensure all contact details provided during checkout are accurate. There is usually an option to change your delivery date also in case something comes up. This will ensure it is as easy as possible for you, our valued customer, to receive your delivery when it is most convenient. We work closely with variety of couriers to be able to provide you with the most convenient delivery.

Please note tracking is not available on pallet deliveries or private courier options. We can of course provide guidance please email [email protected] with your order number for more information.
